The Unfinished Initiative
We’re inviting our church family to join us in a vision that will propel us into the coming years of ministry at The Bridge and take the biggest step of generosity you’ve ever taken as we move together to accomplish God’s task for us through Unfinished.
Primary Goal
100% Engagement
We want each person and family at The Bridge to be a part of our Unfinished journey, as we step out in faith and pursue the future that God has for us. It’s going to take each of us joining together as ONE family to pray fervently, commit fully, cheer loudly, and give generously. If everyone in our church family does 100% of what God asks them, we’ll accomplish all that God has in store for our future.

We’re inviting our church family to join us in a vision that will propel us into the coming years of ministry at The Bridge. This vision continues what we’re witnessing God do already through the ministry of our church, and introduces new opportunities for our home. Family, we’ve seen God do so much already and we know He’s not finished yet!
Dear
Bridge Family,
After multiple years of preparation leading up to this moment, I want to invite you, along with everyone at The Bridge Church, on a life-changing journey. This notebook is your guide and your journal for this great adventure that we’re calling Unfinished.
I have been blown away by what God has done over the last three years. It has been the definition of a “more than we can ask or imagine” season. We have watched hundreds of people get baptized, countless addictions broken, many marriages saved, lost people finding faith, and new believers moving toward maturity. We have seen people beginning to pray and read the Bible for the very first time. We have witnessed people stepping into spiritual leadership roles and understanding that God can move both in and through them.
Joanna and I have both wept tears of gratitude and awe on many occasions.
This Unfinished Journey we’re beginning will be a defining moment for our church. This is the season where we will double down on our mission and vision. We will start to dream bigger and broader, both for our personal discipleship and the future of our church family.

Though we are filled with unspeakable gratitude for what God has done, we are also filled with a spiritual discontentment knowing that God’s work is far from finished. As we’ve said before, we believe this is just the beginning. Our primary goal is that 100% of our church family would engage in this initiative.
Here’s what I am asking you. ​​

Find a Life Group or a Connect Group that will be discussing and praying through this pivotal content we’ll be working through. Be sure to bring your guidebook with you to each group meeting!

Prayerfully read through the guidebook material and begin asking God what He wants you to do in response to his Unfinished work in your heart and Unfinished work in this community.

Open your heart to all that God wants to teach you through this next season in the life of our church family.
